These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made by KIVAA. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

KIVAA is established in Terneuzen, Zeeland, the Netherlands.

DEFINITIONS

Merchant: KIVAA, established in Terneuzen. Consumer: the natural person who enters into a distance contract with the merchant. Distance contract: an agreement concluded exclusively through electronic means of communication.

APPLICABILITY

These terms apply to every offer from KIVAA and every distance contract concluded between KIVAA and the consumer. Deviations are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

THE OFFER

The offer contains a full and accurate description of the products offered. KIVAA ensures the accuracy of the displayed information, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete and correct at all times. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on KIVAA.

PRICES

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT (value added tax), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are stated separately at checkout. KIVAA reserves the right to change prices.

PAYMENT

KIVAA accepts the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna. Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order. KIVAA retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered via PostNL. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after payment. KIVAA is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. In-store pickup in Terneuzen is also available.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You will receive a refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the return. See our returns policy for the full procedure.

WARRANTY

KIVAA guarantees that the products conform to the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality. KIVAA applies the statutory warranty period in accordance with applicable law.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints about products or services can be submitted via info@kivaa.nl. KIVAA aims to address complaints within 14 days. For disputes that cannot be resolved mutually, you may contact the relevant dispute resolution body.

APPLICABLE LAW

Dutch law applies to all agreements between KIVAA and the consumer. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where KIVAA is established.
