PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME

At KIVAA we understand you can't wait to wear your new items. That's why we work with fast processing:

  • Ordered before 5:00 PM: On weekdays, your order ships the same day.
  • Weekends & evenings: Orders placed after 5:00 PM or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.
  • Busy periods: During special promotions or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your package on its way as quickly as possible.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code by email.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Netherlands: Free shipping on orders from €75. For orders below this amount we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.
  • International: We also ship internationally! The exact shipping costs for your location are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery country.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY TIME

Our packages are delivered with care by DHL. In most cases, your order will be delivered within 1–2 working days.
