RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KIVAA. Below you will find all information about our returns policy in accordance with European and Dutch consumer legislation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. This right applies in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch Civil Code. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

A return is only accepted if the product is unworn and unwashed, all original labels and packaging are present, the product has not been damaged through use, and the return is sent within 14 days of notification. Products that have been fitted or made to measure are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Register your return via info@kivaa.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you return instructions. Please send the product well-packaged to our returns address:

REFUND

Upon receipt and assessment of your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs) via the original payment method. Refund takes place within 14 days of receiving the return. The cost of returning items is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: products made to measure or personalised, products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear if opened), and products that after delivery are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
